HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I SCHEDULE THE PICKUP DATE AND TIME?

Pickup dates and times can be scheduled up to two months in advance. Community Programs, Schools and Business who are inquiring about group discounts and/or require planning their events past two the month advance online booking availability, contact us directly at mailto:info@partybusters.ca or https://www.partybusters.ca/contact

WILL THE PICKUP DATE AND TIME I’VE SCHEDULE SHOW ON MY BALLOON ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

No. It’s important to know that your Pick up date and time will not show on your Balloon Order Confirmation email. You will receive a separate email confirming that your scheduled Balloon Pickup Date & Time has been successfully booked sent from our scheduling service Acuity Scheduling <scheduling@aquityscheduling-mail.com> after completing your requested Pickup Date and Time. Note: Be sure to check your email inbox to confirm you have received this email. Remember to save your scheduled Balloon Pickup Date & Time in your Google, Outlook and set your notifications as a backup.

WILL I GET NOTIFICATION THAT THE BALLOON PICKUP DATE & TIME I SELECTED HAS BEEN BOOKED?

Yes. After filling your cart, you will be directed to the SCHEDULER to book your BALLOON PICKUP DATE & TIME. After completing the steps to book your Balloon Pickup Appointment, you will see a “green” confirmation drop down notification appear from the top middle of the screen. A confirmation email of your booked pickup date and time we’ll be sent to the email you entered at the time of completing your booking. Afterwards you will be redirected to the checkout page. Note: Your Balloon Order Confirmation page will not display the scheduled Pickup Date & Time.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT?

No. There are no minimum order requirement.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS MY PICKUP TIME?

Unclaimed Fulfilled Balloon Orders will be stored at the pickup location for 24 Hrs. Unclaimed orders are recycled after 24 Hrs. No Refunds on Unclaimed Fulfilled Balloon Orders.

DO YOU OFFER SAMEDAY PICKUP?

Please visit Your Dollarstore With More (pickup location) in person for same day order & pickup. Same day pickup is not an option available through the Party Buster website.

CAN I PURCHASE BALLOON WITHOUT HELIUM?

Please visit Your Dollarstore With More (pickup location) in person to purchase unfilled balloons. Only Helium filled balloons available through the Party Buster website. Exception: AirLoonz• come inflated with air. •Air-Filled Only.

CAN I ADD ITEMS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

No. There is no option at this time to add additional items to an order that has already been processed. You will have to submit a separate order and schedule an additional Pickup date and time. Contact us immediately to advise us if both the Original order and additional order(s) need to be fulfilled as one order for pickup. You will also need to verify the which scheduled Pickup date and time you want to keep. Please include all confirmed order numbers and your name in the Subject line. A Party Busters customer team member will respond within 24 Hrs of receipt of your request. Voicemail checked within 24 Hrs of receipt.

HOW LONG WILL MY BALLOONS STAY INFLATED?

Party Busters Helium Float & Fill Life Guarantee:

  • Float Life for Latex & Confetti Balloons - 10-12 hrs.

  • Helium Float Life for Foil Balloons - 24 hrs.

  • Helium Float Life for Airwalkers Balloons - 24 hrs.

  • Fill Life Airloonz Balloons (air filled only) - 24 hrs.

* Please be aware of our Helium Float & Fill Life Guarantee applies to balloons kept at room temperature. Cold temperatures can cause Helium to shrink. Balloons will re-inflate after a few minutes returning to room temperature.

ARE THERE ADDITIONAL BALLON CARE INSTRUCTIONS AFTER PICKUP?

Yes. Avoid exposure to extreme heat and cold. Avoid sharp objects. Do not place helium filled balloons too close to doors and walls with sharp decorations, and floor or low ceiling fans. Do not place helium filled balloons near any heat source. Always handle your fulfilled balloons with care around young children. Do not inhale the helium.

DO YOU OFFER BALLOON DELIVERY AND/OR SET UP SERVICES?

Not at this time. Party Busters plans to offer Balloon Delivery and Set Up Services in the future.

DO I HAVE TO PURCHASE A BALLOON WEIGHT WITH MY ORDER?

Recommend. Balloon weights help to secure your balloons for transport and allows you to control the placement of where you would like to display your bouquet. example: Entrance way. Ribbon length is standard floor height (6’)

IS RIBBON INCLUDED WITH MY PURCHASE?

Yes. Every balloon purchased includes standard floor height (6’) ribbon length.

DO I GET TO CHOOSE THE RIBBON COLOURS?

No. This option is not available at this time. Ribbon colours are matched with the main balloon colour. Accent ribbon is matched from colours in the design on the balloon.

CAN I CHANGE MY PICKUP DATE AND TIME?

Yes, up to 48 Hrs before your originally scheduled Pickup Date and Time.

1) Open the Pickup confirmation email you received from our scheduling service Acuity Scheduling <scheduling@aquityscheduling-mail.com> after completing your requested Pickup Date and Time through the scheduleler and click the the Change/Cancel Appointment button and request a new pickup date and time. you will receive another confirmation email of your changes. Note: Do not respond to Acuity Scheduling directly as Party Busters will not receive your request to change your appointment.

2) Changes to pickup date & time MUST be done no later than 48 Hrs BEFORE the original scheduled pickup date & time.

WILL I GET A PICKUP REMINDER?

Yes. Once your order has been fulfilled for the date and time you requested, you will receive an Order Ready For Pickup email notifying you that your order is ready for pickup. This email will also include the pickup locations hours of business and a link that will open in Google Maps giving you the directions.

WILL I GET AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?

Yes. Once you have completed your order after processing your payment, you will receive a confirmation email from PARTY BUSTERS: Order Confirmed from <no-reply@squarespace.info>. This email will include your Order Number, Order Confirmation code and Pickup location with hours of operation.

CAN I GET A REFUND IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY ORDER?

No refunds on fulfilled orders. We recommend visiting Your Dollarstore With More (Pickup Location) in person to pre-view the balloons you’ve seen on the Party Busters website before placing an order to guarantee satisfaction with your choices.

CAN I CANCEL MY BALLOON ORDER?

Yes. 1) Cancelation requests MUST be made no later than 48 Hrs BEFORE the original scheduled pickup date & time or 2) Once you have completed your order after processing your payment, and realize you did not intended to complete the purchase, you can submit a cancellation request.

Connect through https://www.partybusters.ca/contact or email mailto:info@partybusters.ca to process a cancellation. Party Busters customer service you will contact within 24 hours of receiving your email. Party Busters cannot process cancelations after balloon order has been fulfilled.

IS MY CREDIT CARD CHARGED A PROCESSING FEE?

Yes. Party Busters payments are processed through our host site Squarespace. Domestic Cards (Credit/Debit), International Cards (Credit/Debit) and American Express are charged the following processing fees of 2.9% + $0.30. Your payment information is kept safe and secure with PCI-compliant servers, payment data encryption, secure checkouts, and instant transaction risk monitoring.
